Monday:5pm-6pm Beginners/White belt only (Stainbeck Dojo)
Monday: (as from 30th April) 7pm-8pm (Carr Manor Dojo)
Tuesday: 7pm-8pm all grades Stainbeck Dojo)

PRIVATE TUITION AVAILABLE(£25.00 PER HOUR)
This fee includes hire of hall.
Training Fee: £5.00 per session.
Visitors: £6.00 per session.
Yearly Membership Fee: £15.00 (includes FREE Gi (Martial wear), first year only)
